1. How much will I pay?
Here at the Suite Company we understand that this is one of the most important factors in choosing any product. Everyone’s tastes are different and styles and designs are down to personal taste. This is why we need to talk you through styles, designs and fabric before we can give you an accurate quotation.
We do understand that people don’t always like this as they believe they will get a pushy salesman who will stay for hours and the only way they will leave is if you agree to buy something. This is not true here, we simply arrange a convenient time for one of our designers to come along to you, alternatively you can pop into our showroom. We will discuss your requirements and prepare you an accurate quotation with no hidden extras.
2. What guarantees will you offer?
We are so confident in our products that we guarantee all of our frames and springs with a comprehensive ten year parts and labour guarantee. Should you have any problems with our products whether it is with materials or workmanship just give us a call and we will undertake to replace the faulty parts free of charge.
3. How long will it take?
We aim to get a designer to see you within at least three working days. Once the designs have been agreed the materials for your furniture will be ordered. Delivery to your home is normally within four and six weeks.
4. What are the methods of payment?
Deposit payments can be taken using debit and credit cards. We also accept cheques and bankers drafts for final balances.
If credit cards are used to pay the balance for your furniture on delivery we have to pass the 3% charge to our customers from the banks.
